Renfrewshire Health & Social Care Partnership is seeking committed, motivated and caring individuals to join our Care at Home service as System Schedulers. In this key operational role, you will ensure that care is planned and coordinated safely, consistently and in a way that supports high quality, person centred and outcome focused support for people across Renfrewshire.
As a System Scheduler, you will contribute directly to the delivery of safe, compassionate care and support. You will manage and maintain our electronic scheduling system, respond to changes in demand and ensure that information is recorded accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with frontline colleagues and act as a helpful and professional first point of contact for staff, supported people and external partners. Your ability to remain calm, focused and solution driven will support smooth service delivery, even during busy or challenging periods.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will need strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and confidence using digital systems. You should be comfortable working independently, while also contributing positively to a supportive and collaborative team environment. Above all, you will share our commitment to delivering high quality care and supporting positive outcomes for the people we support.
You must have experience of handling and maintaining information using electronic systems and be able to manage competing priorities effectively. A proactive mindset, professionalism and a customer focused approach are essential.

Qualifications:
- Experience of handling and maintaining information using electronic systems and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- A proactive mindset, professionalism and a customer-focused approach are essential.
- Relevant SVQ Level 2 or professional qualification in administration/business or willing to work towards.
- SVQ Level 3/HNC or professional qualification in administration or business equivalent and/or SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care are desirable.
This is a temporary position for up to 18 months, depending on service needs and available funding, or until the requirement for the post ends. Successful applicants will be required to complete a Disclosure Scotland check. More information is available from Disclosure Scotland.
The role is 30 hours per week, based on a four on, four off rota pattern. Shifts include early and back shifts, with working hours of 07:00–16:00 and 13:30–22:30.
