In this role, you will oversee support and advocacy services for women, and recovery services for women and children affected by gender‑based violence.

You will provide strategic and professional leadership, drive policy and service development, manage performance and quality improvement, and strengthen multi‑agency collaboration. The post also involves representing the Council in key governance groups, ensuring effective resource management, and promoting prevention, safeguarding, and continuous improvement.
