We are looking for a well organised individual to ensure an effective clerical support service is provided to our stakeholders and customers.
Duties for the post include:
- Providing an effective financial business support service, including the handling and recording of both Council and client fund monies;
- Processing manual and computerised financial, client and service information;
- Producing and analysing reports;
- Document production including typing letters and processing purchase orders;
- Providing basic IT assistance;
- Instructing, allocating and checking work of employees;
- Offering advice and guidance to clerical assistants where required.
You will work as part of the Customer team.
