You will work as part of a team across Renfrewshire’s Household Waste Recycling Centres, undertaking duties essential to the safe and efficient operation of sites. You will draw upon your experience of working in a waste environment and with the public while applying your knowledge of recycling processes and product segregation.
The role requires effective verbal and written communication skills, effective IT and data management skills and knowledge of using standard computer software packages such as Microsoft Office. You will be expected to gain a working knowledge of waste categories and the legislation relevant to site operations, including Waste Management Licensing and Waste Description.
