Renfrewshire Council is seeking a Housing Assistant on a temporary basis to support local housing services. You will interview and advise customers on housing prospects and tenancy matters, including termination, and help maximise income by managing rent arrears and advising on income maximisation.
The role involves in-person, phone, or video appointments, good numeracy, and strong customer service. You may be asked to work at different locations and complete a Disclosure Scotland check.
