We are looking for a well organised individual to join the Customer Service Unit to ensure effective customer service is provided to our stakeholders and customers.
Overview: Customer Service Adviser role focusing on delivering high quality customer focused service across multiple channels including telephone, face to face and electronic methods.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a multi-functional Customer Service Team providing high quality customer focused service delivery across a wide range of services through a variety of channels including telephone, face to face and electronic methods.
Qualifications:
- Experience of working in a customer service role dealing with members of the public and carrying out a wide range of support duties.
- Experience with software packages including Microsoft Outlook and databases.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative, work to deadlines and quality standards, and have effective organisational, customer care and communication skills.
Desirable: SVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent.
Other information: An assessment centre will be held for these posts within Renfrewshire House. If successful you will be required to undertake a Disclosure Scotland check; the level of check will be determined by the duties of the post.
