You will provide a 24 hour service to the Renfrewshire Council tenants and visitors at high rise concierge sites with particular reference to customer care. The main duties for this post include:
- Responding to queries from tenants, members of the public and other internal/external partners
- Responding to calls to the emergency repair line
- Liaising with tradespersons
- Record keeping and report writing
- Security patrols
- Monitoring CCTV
- Cleaning and reporting repairs
It is essential you have experience of providing a high level of service to tenants/partners and members of the public, clerical work and report writing with an understanding of budget monitoring; compiling accurate records; a working knowledge of health and safety procedures and ICT skills. You must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team; respond to a variety of demands without direct supervision and have a flexible approach to working at various work locations as well as effective organisational and verbal and written communication skills.
You must be prepared to be contacted outwith normal working hours to cover shifts and rotas as required. Training in CCTV, Manual Handling, First Aid and Customer Care is desirable as is a current full driving licence. The work pattern for this post is 5 days over 7 including evening and night shift hours. If successful, you will be required to undertake a Disclosure Scotland check, the level of check will be determined by the duties of the post.
