The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

You will report to the Facilities co‑ordinator and assist in ensuring that the facilities are safely and properly used in accordance with conditions of let. Other duties will include key holder responsibilities, general cleaning, including use of cleaning machinery and caretaking duties, which would also include operation of both fire and burglar alarm (where appropriate). Candidates must be able to work without supervision.

Qualifications

You should have general cleaning experience and experience in dealing with the public would be desirable.

Working Hours

You must be able to work hours as required including out with normal hours to cover bookings, emergency call‑outs etc.

Other Locations

You may be required to work in other Renfrewshire facilities.

Disclosure

If successful, you will be required to undertake a Disclosure Scotland check, the level of check will be determined by the duties of the post.
