Renfrewshire Council is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Menu & Nutrition Assistant to work with the Menu & Nutrition Officer within the Soft Facilities Management service, based in Renfrewshire House.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the creation and development of menus for all catering provision within Soft FM.
  • Ensuring full compliance of all menus with school food regulations.
  • Engaging with stakeholders & service users by communicating about the promotion of school meals.

Essential qualifications and experience:

  • Experience within an office-based environment.
  • Desirable understanding of local authority meal provision and the catering environment.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite and other relevant IT systems.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on a flexible basis.
  • Desirable experience working in a team and a current driving licence.

Additional requirements:
