Advert Lead Facilities Assistant (Soft FM) Renfrewshire Council Housing, Environment & Infrastructure is seeking to appoint the post of Lead Facilities Assistant, you will be part of a team delivering a professional facilities management service in Renfrewshire House.
The post reports to the Operational Support Officer.
We are looking for an experienced individual who will have key responsibilities for carrying out a range of Facilities duties within Renfrewshire House.
It is essential that you have previous experience in Janitorial/FM function and have the ability to resolve conflict situations in a calm and constructive manner.
It is also essential that you have effective written and oral communication skills.
If successful, you will be required to undertake a Disclosure Scotland check, the level of check will be determined by the duties of the post.
