This post presents an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional individual to deliver business management support to a Secondary School in Renfrewshire.
Main areas of activity include finance, HR, facilities management and building maintenance, procurement, health and safety, ICT and administration.
Based in Johnstone High School and reporting to the Head Teacher as part of the school’s management team, you will lead business and management support activity within the school.
It is essential that you have effective literacy, management, organisational and planning skills, previous management experience including staff management, and are able to show evidence of involvement in policy or procedural development. You should have experience in the successful management of change and be educated to at least HND level or equivalent in Business Management and have the ability to write letters and reports incorporating financial and data analysis.
You must also be able to work to deadlines, have the ability to deliver presentations and attend meetings as and when required.
If successful, you will be required to undertake a Disclosure Scotland check, the level of check will be determined by the duties of the post.
