Independent Decision Maker (Care Planning) underpinning guidance and legislation relating to children. You must be a qualified Social Worker, registered with the SSSC and have significant experience in working within children’s settings.

You should have knowledge and experience of management and supervision of people and be able to demonstrate influencing skills and a capacity to work under pressure and as part of a team. Above all, you must be able to demonstrate your passion and commitment to improving outcomes for the children and families within Renfrewshire.

It is essential that you have Degree level qualification, Degree in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work (DipSw) or equivalent.
