The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our professionally challenging and rewarding justice service. You will carry out a range of duties in relation to the supervision of groups of 5 people with convictions, who will be undertaking unpaid work within the community. This is a seven day a week service and your working days will be subject to rota.
It is essential that you have experience of working with the public, including the delivery of a front line service, record keeping and dealing with people from diverse backgrounds. You must be an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing; and the ability to provide effective customer service, including dealing with difficult situations.
A driving licence and experience of driving a minibus (including Cat D), pick-up trucks and trailers is also desirable. Full training and support will be given to ensure that you are able to maintain the Renfrewshire Children's Services commitment to continuous improvement. Availability to work weekends is essential.
