Overview
Renfrewshire Council is looking to recruit enthusiastic and skilled Facilities Operatives who can demonstrate the necessary skills and experience to deliver a high quality, modern Soft Facilities Management service in schools across Renfrewshire.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible at site level for the effective delivery of all aspects of the Soft FM service, which includes building cleaning; catering; school crossing patrol; security; and any other related services.
- Maintain a flexible approach to working hours and operate in a customer focused environment.
- Work as part of a team and be willing and enthusiastic to undertake training; it is desirable to have previous Soft FM experience in a similar environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Literacy, numeracy and IT skills; desirable knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate or willingness to work towards REHIS Elementary Food Safety Certificate.

- This post is term time 15 hours per week, Monday β Friday 15:30-18:30.
