As an Additional Support Needs Assistant, you will be committed to working with young people/pupils with Additional Support Needs and be deployed to support young people within schools and other establishments across Renfrewshire. Whilst responsible to the head teacher/head of establishment, you will work under the direction of and in partnership with nominated class teachers.

It is essential that you have experience of working with and/or caring for Pre 5, Primary or Secondary age children, together with demonstrable literacy, numeracy skills and experience of ICT equipment and associated software packages.

Please note that this post is temporary, subject to business needs and funding for 12 Months or until the requirement for the post ceases, whichever date is the earlier.
