Job Description
Driving council vehicles, you will deliver hot meals and snacks to clients across the Renfrewshire area, comply with all Health and Safety in relation to food hygiene, maintain the cleanliness of vehicles and equipment, ensure vehicles are properly fuelled and road worthy and complete appropriate records.
You must be a flexible, reliable, and patient person with an understanding of the needs of older or vulnerable people; be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative and be flexible in your approach to the job.
It is essential you hold a driving licence and have the ability to pass the council\’s driving assessment.
This service is provided 365 days per year on a rota basis including working weekends.
