The predicted salary is between 22000 - 26000 £ per year.

You will contribute to the achievement of agreed service objectives by carrying out a variety of clerical duties to support the service.

Duties of the post include:

  • Engaging with local managers, stakeholders and colleagues to build effective working relationships
  • Input and extract of data using a range of electronic systems
  • Word processing
  • Document completion
  • Mail
  • Photocopying and filing
  • Reception duties

It is essential that you have experience of working in a clerical role within an office environment. It is also essential that you have knowledge of common IT systems including databases and Microsoft Office and have effective customer service, organisational and time management skills. An SVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (or equivalent) is desirable. Experience of working with different agencies and use of purchasing systems is also desirable.
