We have been providing a wide range of services and support to Unpaid Carers in Renfrewshire since 1996. We are a registered charity governed by a board of directors.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
This is a new and exciting role for the Centre. As an experienced Fundraising Officer, you will review and develop our fundraising strategy with an underpinning communication plan.
- Review and develop our fundraising strategy with an underpinning communication plan.
- Manage the funding applications and build relationships with funders and colleagues.
- Develop proposals, secure financial support and sustainable partnerships across the organisation.
- Identify and source funding opportunities through large funders or small grants.
- Orchestrate the successful planning and bidding for all fundraising activities.
- Deliver ambitious fundraising plans and budgets to achieve financial targets.
- Think imaginatively and creatively about the charity for grant and funding applications.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of GDPR and fundraising legislation.
- Exhibit strong problem‑solving and planning skills, and meet deadlines.
