We are looking for a Service Operations Administrator in the Worcester area to support drivers, customers and daily operations. This is a stable, long‑term role with full training on the specialist parts of the job.
- Duties
- Office & General Admin
- Answering phones (landline and work mobile)
- Checking post and handling general office admin
- Ordering stationery, uniforms and PPE
- Keeping work instructions updated
- Monitoring and replenishing first aid stock
- Booking jobs as requested by customers
- Updating customers on changes (phone/email)
- Sending quotes and Terms & Conditions
- Reviewing driver paperwork after jobs
- Booking hotel accommodation for drivers
- Processing timesheets and job sheets
- Archiving timesheets
- Checking info emails
- Using email portals and admin software i.e. Excel, Word
- Previous experience as a Business/Office Administrator (essential)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
- Confident with IT systems and email portals
- Good communication and time management
- Able to work independently and within a small team
- Enjoys a busy, varied office environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to check paperwork, totals and job information accurately
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00
Rate of Pay: £12.75 per hour, with potential to increase depending on experience
