We are looking for a ground maintenance operative in the Worcester area to join a busy team maintaining public outdoor spaces across Worcester.
Immediate start
Permanent position after a successful trial period
Duties:
- Mowing, strimming, and cutting back overgrowth
- Using power tools and wheelbarrows
- Maintaining green spaces
- Working in all weather conditions
- Supporting team operations across multiple sites
Skill and experience:
- Comfortable working outdoors and in manual roles
- Full UK driving licence required
- Good communication and ability to follow instructions
Hours of work:
- Mon – Thurs 07:30 – 15:30
- Fri 07:30 – 15:00
Pay rate: £12.71/hour
