We are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative with a valid Mini Digger Excavator licence in the Worcester area to join a busy team maintaining public outdoor spaces across the city.
Immediate start. This is an ongoing assignment with a possible permanent position after a successful trial period.
Duties:
- Operating a mini excavator as part of the role
- Using power tools and wheelbarrows
- Maintaining green spaces
- Working in all weather conditions
- Supporting team operations across multiple sites
Skills and Experience:
- Mini Excavator licence - CPCS A58 or NPORS N202 (one required)
- Comfortable working outdoors and in manual roles
- Full UK driving licence required
- Good communication and ability to follow instructions
Hours of Work:
Mon–Thurs: 07:30 – 15:30
Fri: 07:30 – 15:00
Pay Rate: £13.69 per hour. Increase after 12 weeks.
