We’re looking for reliable, hands-on Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing environment. You’ll be working across several stages of the finishing process, including washing, spraying, loading, and preparing parts for coating. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in accuracy, and wants long-term stability.
Immediate start. Full training provided. Possible permanent position after a successful trial period.
Key Duties:- Washing and preparing metal parts
- Loading components onto racking and hooks
- Spraying parts in a powder-coat booth
- Moving coated parts into the curing oven
- Inspecting finished items for quality
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Monday – Thursday 07:00 – 16:00, Friday 07:00 – 12:00
Rate of Pay:£12.85 Per Hour
