We are looking for a Machine Packer in the Bishop Cleeves area of Cheltenham. Join a well-established manufacturing business offering long-term stability, full training, and a genuine permanent role from day one. This is an active position where you’ll be on your feet throughout the shift.

Duties
- Overseeing several machines
- Quality checking parts
- Trimming parts using hand tools
- Packing finished items
- Completing hourly paperwork
- Labelling products
- Lifting packed boxes up to 11kg
- Palletising and shrink wrapping
- Reporting any issues to the supervisor
- Keeping the work area clean and tidy
- Always adhering to health & safety procedures
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a factory or production environment
- Ability to work well within a team
- Good communication skills

Monday – Thursday 06:00 – 16:00
