We are looking for a Machine Packer in the Bishop Cleeves area of Cheltenham. Join a well-established manufacturing business offering long-term stability, full training, and a genuine permanent role from day one. This is an active position where you’ll be on your feet throughout the shift.

Duties

  • Overseeing several machines
  • Quality checking parts
  • Trimming parts using hand tools
  • Packing finished items
  • Completing hourly paperwork
  • Labelling products
  • Lifting packed boxes up to 11kg
  • Palletising and shrink wrapping
  • Reporting any issues to the supervisor
  • Keeping the work area clean and tidy
  • Always adhering to health & safety procedures

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a factory or production environment
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Good communication skills

Hours of Work (4-day week)

Monday – Thursday 06:00 – 16:00

Salary

£12.71 per hour
