We are seeking a CNC Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in the Droitwich area. This is an ideal role for someone with a good work ethic and a positive attitude.
Immediate start available. Training provided for the right candidate. Potential permanent role after a successful trial period.
Duties:
- Loading and unloading materials into CNC machine
- Operating CNC machinery safely and efficiently
- Trimming and finishing parts to size
- Using basic measuring tools
- Quality checking and labelling finished products
- Keeping the work area clean and tidy
- Following all health & safety procedures at all times
Skills & Experience:
- Previous factory or production experience
- Able to follow clear instructions
- Good attention to detail
Hours of work:
Mon–Thurs: 10:00 – 18:00
Fri: 08:30 – 14:30
Rate of Pay:
£12.75 per hour
Overtime after 37.5 hrs: £19.13 p/h
Saturday: £19.13 p/h
Sunday: £25.50 p/h
