As an ITAD Sourcing Specialist, you will play a central role in shaping this new business area. You’ll work closely with our ITAD Sourcing Team and have a real opportunity to influence both your own role and the future direction of the team. What You’ll Be Doing

• Building long‑term partnerships with large organisations, helping them unlock the value of their used IT equipment through reuse and circular solutions.
• Positioning Renewtech as the partner of choice for companies looking to turn sustainability ambitions into measurable action—reducing waste and CO₂ emissions while generating financial value.
• Researching and identifying target companies and key decision‑makers.
• Initiating contact and establishing meaningful dialogue with potential partners.
• Leading meetings and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Negotiating agreements and closing strategic partnerships.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing partners.
• Managing CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and documentation.
• Participating in in‑person meetings across the UK when relevant.

This is a highly independent role where your ability to create structure, manage your pipeline, and drive consistent progress will be key to your success. You will be based out of our UK office in Harrogate, with flexibility to balance office and remote working.

• You have experience in strategic or consultative sales preferably within IT hardware or ITAD, ideally involving large organisations.
• You are confident navigating complex decision‑making structures and engaging senior stakeholders.
• You are structured, self‑driven, and persistent, with a long‑term mindset.
• You are a strong communicator who builds trust and credibility quickly.
• You are motivated by creating value through both business and sustainability.
