Healthcare Assistant in Taunton

We’re recruiting Healthcare Assistants for residential care homes in and around Taunton. Day, night and weekend shifts are available now, and you choose the shifts that suit you. Pay * Weekdays: £12.71/hr days, £13.33/hr nights * Saturdays: £13.33/hr days, £14.14/hr nights * Sundays: £13.50/hr days, £14.85/hr nights * Bank holidays: £15.39/hr days, £16.36/hr nights What you’ll do * Help residents with washing, bathing, dressing, eating and going to the toilet * Move and handle residents safely * Keep care plans and records up to date on a computer * Encourage residents to take part in activities * Help with cleaning and laundry when needed What you’ll need * The right to work in the UK * An enhanced DBS on the Update Service * A practical moving and handling certificate * Safeguarding adults and children training * An Oliver McGowan training certificate If you have some but not all we can assist to get you complaint No previous care experience is needed.
