We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and placing qualified candidates for our clients’ contract positions. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and candidates, providing valuable insights and solutions in the recruitment process.

Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their contract staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events and referrals.
  • Conduct interviews and skill assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience and fit for contract roles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including negotiating contract terms, coordinating interviews and facilitating offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market insights and best practices in contract recruitment.
