Are you a creative and commercially minded marketing professional looking to make a real impact in the fight against climate change? We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take the lead on shaping and delivering our marketing strategy across the UK and Europe, and help build our presence in new European markets. This is a rare opportunity to own and grow the marketing function in a purpose‑led scale‑up that’s transforming how renewable energy generators sell their power. You’ll work closely with our Commercial Director and senior team to elevate the Renewable Exchange brand, drive demand, and support international growth. If you’re a hands‑on, data‑driven marketer with B2B experience and a passion for renewables, we’d love to hear from you. Even if you don’t tick every box, get in touch – we value potential as much as experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the UK, Germany, and new European markets.
- Create and deliver targeted marketing campaigns to generate inbound leads and support commercial growth.

- Collaborate closely with Commercial and Product teams to align messaging and support sales.
- Identify and manage relationships with external partners (e.g. Upwork) to support campaign delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing management role, including significant digital marketing experience.
