Overview
In this role you help optimize cash flow forecasting, manage bank guarantees, and support daily treasury operations in a fast-paced, global environment. You will work closely with the Group Treasurer and regional units to ensure effective liquidity, FX, and cash management. The position offers exposure to banking relationships and treasury systems within a mission-driven renewable-energy company. You will contribute to robust financial processes and cross-functional collaboration that supports RES’s growth and decarbonization goals.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate updates to the Group's cash flow forecasting model with regional business units
- Assist in issuing bank guarantees and liaise with internal stakeholders and banks
- Support daily cash management tasks and periodic cash balance reporting
- Assist in FX and money market fund (MMF) trades
- Support system administrator duties for banking platforms and update user access and bank mandates
- Contribute to ad-hoc treasury operational activities
Key requirements
- Ability to understand and analyze financial statements
- Awareness of the commercial impact of decisions
- Graduates welcome to apply
- University degree in Finance or Economics or other relevant qualification (essential)
- 1–2 years of experience in Corporate Treasury or Financial Planning (desirable)
- Desirable: Experience with ERP systems and Treasury management systems
- Desirable: Financial analysis qualification (eg CFA)
- Critical thinking and problem-solving
- Attention to detail and quality consciousness
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Solid Excel skills and MS Office proficiency
- Experience with ERP systems and Treasury management systems
- Familiarity with banking platforms and online banking administration
