Our client are looking for a Graduate Sustainability Consultant to join their London team. This is a rare chance to start your career at the heart of the net‑zero transition, working alongside experienced consultants on projects that genuinely move the needle for clients across multiple sectors. You’ll be advising organisations on how to measure, reduce and report their environmental impact — turning ambitious sustainability targets into practical, deliverable plans. What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting client projects across carbon footprinting, net‑zero strategy, ESG reporting and sustainability data analysis
  • Gathering, validating and analysing environmental data to uncover insights and track progress
  • Helping prepare clear, compelling reports and presentations for clients
  • Researching evolving regulations, frameworks and best practice (e.g. GHG Protocol, SECR, CSRD, TCFD)
  • Working directly with clients to understand their challenges and help shape solutions
  • Contributing to a collaborative team where your ideas are heard from day one

What we’re looking for:

  • A degree (2:1 or above) in a relevant field — environmental science, sustainability, engineering, geography, economics, business or similar. We also welcome strong candidates from other disciplines with a genuine passion for sustainability.
  • Excellent analytical skills and confidence working with data and spreadsheets
  • Strong written and verbal communication — you can make complex ideas simple
  • Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn fast in a changing field
  • Genuine enthusiasm for sustainability and the transition to a low‑carbon economy
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
