A growing equipment and temporary power operation is looking for a Depot Operations Manager to take ownership of its Norwich site as it scales from a £40k–£50k per month operation into a £3m–£4m regional hub over time.
The site requires stronger operational structure, visible leadership and greater accountability across workshop activity, equipment readiness, dispatch standards and overall depot performance. The depot currently operates with a team of 3 and is expected to grow toward 6–9 staff as workload, regional demand and operational responsibility increase. You’ll lead engineers, workshop activity, hire coordination and drivers within a fast-paced operational environment where standards, responsiveness and asset reliability directly impact customer operations.

- £55,000 basic salary
