An established turnkey power generation business is looking to appoint a Technical Proposals Manager to take ownership of the technical definition of diesel generator and LV/MV switchgear projects. This role is suited to an electrical generator engineer at heart who wants to step away from site work or heavy travel while remaining closely involved in technical decision-making.
The role:
- Own technical scoping and proposal development for turnkey diesel generator projects
- Interpret client specifications and define compliant, deliverable solutions
- Produce accurate, technically robust tenders and proposals
- Act as the technical authority from enquiry through to contract award
- Retain technical ownership post-award, working alongside a Project Delivery Manager responsible for site delivery
This is not a sales role and not a site delivery position.
