We are currently undertaking the exciting project of building a 1700 m² house from the ground up. We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction project, from initiation to execution and completion.
  • Plan, direct and manage the project, ensuring it stays on budget and schedule.
  • Handle the preparation and review of project bids and the negotiation and management of subcontractor contracts.
  • Ensure the successful execution of construction projects.
  • Execute the control and compliance with safety regulations, ensuring projects meet contractual and legal requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including the client, architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors, in order to define project objectives, establish timelines, allocate resources and manage budgets.

Requirements and skills:

  • Education in Civil Engineering, Construction management or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as construction project manager for high end residential projects, especially on the projects of the same size (min 2000 sq.m).
  • Experience as a General Contractor.
  • Experience in overseeing the project from start to finish (including cooperation with structural engineer, architecture, mechanical engineering, finishing, etc).
  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
  • Good knowledge of MS Project.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • A team player with leadership abilities.
