Job Title: M&E Manager Location: Hampstead, London Start Date: Immediate Position Type: Full-Time / Contract (Duration TBC) Reporting to: Project Manager About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and technically sharp M&E Manager for an immediate start to oversee the full services fit-out of an ultra-prime, new-build RC frame detached residential dwelling in Hampstead. Operating on a “Build Only – Pre-Designed” basis, you will take immediate ownership of the initial design queries and confirmation phase, before driving the physical coordination and delivery of the 1st and 2nd fix works through to final commissioning and handover. This is a prestigious, high-specification project featuring complex plant setups, internal basement and external swimming pools, a 6.4 kWp roof-mounted PV hybrid solar array with battery storage, and a sophisticated BMS automation platform.
