Procurement or Purchasing Support (f/m/d)

Job DescriptionThis is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to launch a career in procurement within the electronics industry. In this Procurement Support role you\’ll receive structured on-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure to real-world procurement challenges. You\’ll work closely with experienced team members to support purchasing operations and supplier coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Gain hands‐on experience in sourcing goods and services, and managing purchase orders

Shadow colleagues to learn about supplier management, data analysis, negotiation techniques, and commercial terms

Assist in preparing purchase orders and monitoring delivery schedules

Help maintain accurate records of suppliers, products, and pricing

Enter procurement data into ERP systems and spreadsheets

Support the generation of reports on purchasing activities and supplier performance

Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and regulatory standards

Assist in resolving basic issues related to deliveries or product quality

Explore opportunities to apply AI tools to enhance procurement processes

Qualifications

Genuine interest in procurement and the electronics sector

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Proficient with spreadsheets and open to learning new systems

Detail‐oriented with a growth mindset

Proactive and eager to learn
