Overview

Senior pay equity expert to lead global analyses, ensure compliant pay practices, and partner with Compensation, HR, Legal, and People Analytics. You will translate regulations into scalable processes, identify equity risks, and mentor colleagues. This role shapes global pay equity standards and provides data-driven insights to senior leadership. You will work in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment to influence governance and remediation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead global pay equity analyses with robust modelling and trend interpretation
• Serve as SME on pay equity and pay transparency regulations across US, UK, and EU
• Translate regulatory requirements into scalable internal analytics and processes
• Identify pay equity risks and collaborate on remediation and governance controls
• Develop and document methodologies, standards, and best practices for pay equity
• Prepare data-driven insights for senior leaders and support reviews by executives and Legal
• Act as technical advisor and mentor on complex pay equity topics

Key requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Deep knowledge of global pay equity and related regulations and best practices
• Strong analytical and financial acumen
• Ability to explain complex findings clearly and credibly
