Formed in 2006, we are specialists in providing customers with a wide range of filling, heat sealing and lidding machinery, as well as fully automatic end of line automation solutions. Our equipment is suitable for use in different industry sectors including dairy, convenience foods, bakery, pharmaceutical and cosmetics. All our machines are individually tailored to suit our customers' specific requirements.

The Goods In and Stores Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of the receipt of Goods into CWM, dispatch requirements, and Secure Stores. The role will also be required to assist Purchasing when required. This will include the use of CWM's stock control software to enter all stock receipts into the business, allocate a suitable location for storage in the stock room and ensure they are kept there, and allocating stock to the correct job numbers. The role is also responsible for ensuring appropriate levels of items kept for stock, and informing purchasing in a timely manner when replacements need to be ordered. The Goods In and Stores Coordinator will be responsible for conducting regular month and year end stock counts. The Goods In and Stores Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the above tasks.
As the representative of CWM for suppliers and customers, this is a role that requires a high degree of attention to detail and excellent communication skills which are essential in meeting customer targets and agreed timescales.
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with all functional links in a professional, polite, and efficient manner.
- Ensure generation and maintenance of all relevant documentation, including use of the DHL booking system, Greentree processes, and the stock take requirements to comply with external audits.
- Ensure the maintenance of all housekeeping standards for all work areas, specifically Secure Stores.
- Responsible for the security of parts and company property, as directed and required.
- Communicating with stakeholders on the status of parts to minimise waiting times in the manufacturing process.
