Role Description
- To support the Head of Sales & Marketing by implementing the company’s sales and brand strategies within Independent On Trade outlets; to drive the profit and volume sales for their sector; to raise brand profile and awareness with customers and consumers.
- Identify, win and secure listings for Renegade Products within Independent Free Trade and Leased and Tenanted pubs and restaurants in line with the channel strategy.
- In existing accounts, grow the volume by increasing range and providing them with tools to increase rate of sale.
- To own your territory and be the ambassador for that region.
- Own and develop contact matrix and relationships in trade with key customers; Customers to be a mixture of existing customers plus new business in line with company strategy and to hit company growth targets.
- Manage a budget and a P&L, raising opportunities and risks to the Head of Sales on a weekly basis.
- Be a Brand Ambassador for Renegade in trade and attend relevant events and trade shows, networking with industry contacts to grow brand awareness.
- Be aware of and feed back to the Head of Sales & Marketing the appropriate sales tools which drive the On Trade channel, both Renegade’s and competitors.
Qualifications
- In depth Knowledge and understanding of the On-trade.
- Knowledge of the brewing industry.
- A passion for beer!
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in business development and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning.
- Flexibility to travel locally within the London area.
