It is our mission to redefine the standard and become the benchmark for MEP BIM excellence, working closely with main contractors and consultants, to deliver digital-first solutions from design through to installation, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration.

Main Duties:- Develop and maintain coordinated 3D mechanical models using Revit to LOD500.
- Lead the coordination of mechanical services in Stage 5 design.
- Produce 2D schematic, installation, and builders' work hole drawings derived from fully coordinated 3D models working to tight deadlines based on the project critical path.
- Perform quality checks to ensure models and drawings meet relevant industry and project requirements.
- Participate in coordination meetings (both in-person and via Teams), representing mechanical design intent.
- Collaborate closely with other disciplines (electrical, structural, architectural etc) to resolve spatial clashes.
- Proactively support in clash detection processes using tools such as Navisworks, Revizto, or Solibri.
- Integrate and align point cloud data with design models for validation and coordination.
- Ensure accurate COBie data is captured and maintained within models for asset handover.
- Assist with planning and reviewing construction sequencing and trade interfaces.
- Liaise with site teams and contractors to validate installation feasibility and resolve technical queries.
- Organise and manage models within the Common Data Environments (CDE) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior coordinators, modellers and drafters where applicable.
- Maintain organised model documentation and adhere to internal and client QA/QC procedures.
- Record changes in the project risk register and proactively raise and manage RFIs (Requests for Information) to resolve design or coordination issues.
- Demonstrate advanced, senior-level expertise in mechanical design - including sizing of ducting, piping and attenuators, as well as accurate pressure drop calculations, etc (multi-discipline knowledge is a strong advantage).
- Be fully proficient in Revit and AutoCAD. Experience with Fabrication CADmep advantageous.
- Ability to adapt to different client-preferred coordination tools, such as Revizto, Navisworks, or Solibri.
- Advanced knowledge of generating and managing COBie information.
- A good understanding of construction sequencing and the requirements of proceeding trades.
- Clear understanding of MEP interfaces with surrounding disciplines and an understanding of golden rules for Builders work holes and risers.
- Experience working with main contractors is advantageous.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working independently and within a team setting meeting time critical deadlines.
- Must be willing and able to travel to Central London as required.
Most projects are based in Central London and will likely require on-site attendance one day per week.
