Programmes & Partnerships Manager
We are seeking a Programmes & Partnerships Manager with a passion for the creative industries.
They will support the development and delivery of RENDR Festival’s programme, partnerships and industry activity.
The role will coordinate speakers, events and stakeholder relationships while helping grow audiences, income and opportunities for collaboration across the creative technology sector.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of talks, panels, workshops, screenings and interactive experiences.
- Research and engage speakers, studios, partners and emerging creative technology organisations.
- Manage speaker communications, contracts, schedules, travel, hospitality and technical requirements.
- Build relationships with sponsors, universities, cultural organisations, public agencies and industry partners.
- Identify opportunities for sponsorship, exhibitions, audience development and income generation.
- Coordinate VIP, B2B, networking and partner-led events with the wider festival team.
- Maintain programme schedules, project documentation, proposals, budgets, reporting and evaluation.
Qualifications
- Experience in programme management, partnerships, business development, events or the creative industries.
- Strong project management, organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence building relationships with speakers, partners and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver work to deadlines.
- Knowledge of film, gaming, animation, VFX, immersive media or related creative technologies.
- Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced festival environment.
