My client based in Huntingdon are currently recruiting for a Secretary/PA to join their team on either a Full or Part time basis (Minimum of 4 days per week). Ideally a background in Litigation, the ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational abilities, a keen attention to detail, and a proven track record in supporting legal professionals in a busy, high-standard environment.
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5pm
Salary: £23,000 – £27,000
Key Responsibilities
KEY REQUIREMENT – TYPING SKILLS / AUDIO TYPING
- Provide dedicated administrative and PA support to the Litigation Team
- Ensure efficient file compliance, document production, and comprehensive file organisation
- Produce high-quality court bundles and other essential legal documents
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy in typing and document preparation
- Understand and apply the appropriate style and format of statements of case
- Perform audiotyping tasks
- Operate within a case management system to organize and monitor case progress.
About You
- Minimum of 3-5 years specific and recent experience in litigation support
- High level proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in producing bundles and organising legal documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and exceptional typing accuracy
- Proficiency in using case management systems
