About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Commercial team.
Reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you’ll support the commercial delivery of multiple projects, helping ensure they are delivered within budget while maximising commercial opportunities and managing risk.
You’ll work closely with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams across Project Management, Finance, Installation, Sales and Design.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, analytical and enjoys working in a fast-paced, growing environment. You’ll ideally have:
- A
Quantity Surveying degree, ideally at 2:1 or above.
- Relevant
Quantity Surveying or commercial experience.
- Experience within the house-building sector is desirable.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Experience with cost control, forecasting and financial reporting.
- Experience with contracts and subcontract management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a genuine interest in working in a high-growth business.
