The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and technically minded Business Systems Manager to join our growing Product team. Reporting to the Product Director, you'll act as the bridge between our business teams and technology function, ensuring our systems support the company's growth, efficiency and long-term strategy.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems through technology. You'll take ownership of our business systems landscape, identify opportunities for improvement, drive integrations and automation, and help ensure our systems are scalable, user-friendly and fit for purpose. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, HR and Technology to understand how people use systems and deliver solutions that make their jobs easier and more efficient.

Requirements

  • We're looking for someone who combines strong technical aptitude with excellent communication skills.
  • You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be comfortable working with systems, data, integrations and modern AI tools.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical subject from a Russell Group University, with a high 2:1 or above.
  • A strong academic background, including excellent A-Level results.
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms, business systems or system integrations.
  • An interest in automation, AI tools and emerging technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to understand user needs and translate them into effective solutions.
  • A proactive, curious and collaborative approach to work.
  • A desire to learn, develop and grow within a fast-paced business.
