Location: With offices in London & Maidenhead, and customers throughout England, the suitable candidate must be willing to travel.

Salary: Generous salary (including bonus incentives) dependent on level of experience.

The role involves:

  • Installing heat pumps, cylinders, and other relevant equipment.
  • Surveying homes, ensuring the right information is captured to evaluate, quote and deliver heat pumps and batteries.
  • Delivering equipment to customers' homes when needed.
  • Installing heat pumps, heating interface units (HIU) and the relevant connections, fittings and system components.
  • Fault-finding and fixing problems using technical knowledge and diagnostic tools.
  • Training other installers and helping to develop training materials.
  • Contributing feedback from site to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Developing processes and procedures based on experiences.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across departments.

About You:

  • Demonstrable experience in plumbing and fitting cylinders.
  • A strong background in fitting ASHPs; experience in fitting GSHPs is favourable.
  • Inspection & testing experience for MCS certified equipment.
  • Technical knowledge of domestic hydraulic installations.
  • Understanding of hot water regulations and guidelines.
  • Track record in renewables, infrastructure, or construction.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel to various work locations.
  • Desire to learn new skills and develop your career.
  • Team player with experience working collaboratively.

Qualifications And Desired Skills:

  • Engineering or Plumbing Qualification: NVQ level 2 or level 3 (or equivalent).
  • MCS Certified.
  • WRAS Qualifications (water regs).
  • Unvented hot water systems (part G).
  • Gas safe registered (Essential).
