We’re helping to decarbonise homes across the UK through innovative, low-cost and low-carbon heating solutions.

We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Drilling Supervisor to join our Operations team and play a key role in delivering high-quality geothermal drilling projects across the UK.

As a Drilling Supervisor, you’ll take responsibility for the safe, efficient and effective day-to-day operation of active drilling sites.

You’ll lead and support drilling teams, monitor site performance and ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, to the required quality and in line with company standards.

You’ll travel between sites, working closely with management, project teams, clients and subcontractors while supporting the development and performance of our drilling teams.

Requirements

We’re looking for an experienced drilling professional who combines strong technical knowledge with confident leadership and people-management skills. You’ll ideally have:

  • Experience in geothermal or shallow geothermal drilling.
  • Strong knowledge of drilling methods, mud management and grouting.
  • Experience with drilling equipment and Comacchio rigs.
  • A good understanding of health, safety and environmental requirements.
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing drilling teams.
  • Strong communication, planning and resource-management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple sites and competing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, including the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • The confidence and resilience to take ownership and accountability for site performance.
  • A full clean driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
