Location: Hybrid (Working from Home) Scotland— travel for client visits and meetings as required.
About you:
- You’re a confident relationship builder and natural deal‑closer who enjoys working in a fast‑moving, growth‑focused environment.
- Proven experience selling into the new build housing market.
- Strong B2B sales track record with a results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles from lead generation through to close.
- Confident presenter with strong proposal and tender writing skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems to manage pipeline and performance.
- Experience in the heat network and/or heat pump industry.
- Knowledge of new build procurement processes and tender frameworks.
- Ability to analyse sales and market data to drive commercial decisions.
- Experience using Salesforce.
