About the Role

You\’ll play a key role in bringing ambitious architectural concepts to life through high-quality 3D renderings, animations, and multimedia designs. Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic 3D models, renderings, and animations of world class real estate using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and with project teams to interpret briefs and refine visuals, ensuring accuracy and aesthetic appeal.
• Assist in the production of photo-realistic images, VR experiences, and multimedia content for client presentations and marketing.
• Contribute to project planning, from initial concept sketches to final delivery, while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, troubleshooting technical issues to achieve flawless results.
• Support senior visualisers on large-scale projects, gaining hands-on experience with luxury property visuals.

Essential Requirements

• A degree in Architecture, Graphic Design, 3D Modelling, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in 3D software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Photoshop, and After Effects; familiarity with Unreal Engine or VR tools is a plus.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating architectural visualisation skills, with examples of 3D renders, modelling, or animations.
• Basic understanding of architectural principles, lighting, materials, and composition.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for storytelling through visuals.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eligibility to work in the UK; no prior professional experience required, but internships or personal projects are advantageous.
