Our current projects span High Speed Rail, Bridges, Nuclear Power, Immersed Tube Tunnels, Ports, and more.

You will be a key part of our delivery team, contributing to the design and analysis of complex structures on large-scale UK and international projects. Responsibilities include:

  • Design, analysis and checking of structures across sectors — from bridges and tunnels to retaining walls and marine works
  • Undertake calculations, use a variety of design software and apply international design codes and standards
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, external consultants, and clients
  • Contribute to managing time, budgets, and project resources efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree qualified Civil or Structural Engineer, working towards Chartership via a recognised institution (ICE, IStructE)
  • Experience designing complex structures (foundations, bridges, marine structures, etc.) using steel, concrete, or composite materials
  • A good understanding of structural analysis, construction methods, and advanced numerical modelling
  • Familiarity with Eurocodes and international design standards
  • Proficiency in finite element analysis software such as LUSAS and Midas, and excellent Microsoft Office abilities (particularly Excel)
  • A collaborative approach with excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and ensure deadlines are met, whilst maintaining high quality output
