Our current projects span High Speed Rail, Bridges, Nuclear Power, Immersed Tube Tunnels, Ports, and more.
About our role: You will be a key part of our delivery team, contributing to the design and analysis of complex structures on large-scale UK and international projects. Some of the day to day tasks will include:
- Design, analysis and checking of structures across sectors — from bridges and tunnels to retaining walls and marine works
- Undertake calculations, use a variety of design software and apply international design codes and standards
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, external consultants, and clients
- Contribute to managing time, budgets, and project resources efficiently
About you: Degree qualified Civil or Structural Engineer, working towards Chartership via a recognised institution (ICE, IStructE). Experience designing complex structures (foundations, bridges, marine structures, etc.) using steel, concrete, or composite materials. A good understanding of structural analysis, construction methods, and advanced numerical modelling. Familiarity with Eurocodes and international design standards. Proficiency in finite element analysis software such as LUSAS and Midas, and excellent Microsoft Office abilities (particularly Excel). A collaborative approach with excellent communication and writing skills. Ability to work under pressure and ensure deadlines are met, whilst maintaining high quality output.
