We’re now looking for an experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our collaborative and high-performing team in Birmingham .

You’ll play a key role in delivering innovative geotechnical solutions on large-scale UK and international projects. Managing multidisciplinary assignments with technical, commercial, and financial oversight
Producing and overseeing technical delivery of detailed design, design checks, and advanced analysis including FEM (e.g. A degree in civil engineering plus a postgraduate qualification in geotechnics or engineering geology
Experience on major infrastructure, transportation or energy projects, both in the UK and internationally
Strong experience in geotechnical and engineering geological processes and design, with expertise in interpreting complex data, advanced numerical modelling, and practical design; delivery to construction
Strong hands-on design capability in areas such as deep foundations, earthworks, retaining structures, soil and rock slope stability, and seismic analysis
Proficiency with geotechnical software (e.g., 2D and 3D PLAXIS, WALLAP, SlopeW, LPile, gINT)
